“Because I use a wheelchair, we had an addition put on our house 11 years ago. Within the last couple of years we started having water come down the wall between the old roof and the new addition. We had a few companies come and look at it and make repairs but the water started again not long after the work was done. Tracy and Solid Rock came and looked at the roof and saw the problem the other companies had missed. They made the repair to our roof and we have had no problems since. We HIGHLY recommend this company and these people!”

“I called Solid Rock Roofing in the Spring of 2009 for a roof-over estimate. I had found their listing in the Christian Blue Pages, and decided to give them a try. Tracy came out on a rainy morning in April and told me that in all honesty, I could wait another year before the roof would really need replacing. He gave me a very fair quote and told me that he would call me next year to follow up. The same day another roofing company came out to give me a second estimate. They had a doomsday approach, saying that the roof was falling apart, near collapse, we HAVE to get the new roof up today! Then they quoted TWICE as much as Tracy.”
“Long story short, Solid Rock called me in April of 2010 asking if I was ready, I said we needed another 6 months to save up for the roof. They called again in late September and we were ready. Cheryl came to our home with the shingle samples on a Thursday evening and we signed the contract. She is a wonderful person, you will love her too! The roofing started the following Monday morning and was finished the same day. The crew was respectful and clean. Bottom line. These are nice, honest people. I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else but Solid Rock!”

“I have been working with this company over the past year on some problems unique to a 1950′s home with an unusual addition of a rubber roof merging with a shingled roof. Ice dams have been a recurrent problem over the years, even prior to my ownership. Last year’s re-flashing helped but when the aged rubber roof failed this year, a full anti-ice dam solution was undertaken: ice membrane, full ridge vent and soffit ventilation and re-engineering of the roof interfaces. So far, so good–no post rain leaks. The workers were prompt and ready to go at the strike of 8 am. My neighbor commented on how well they worked together as a team–and no loud radios!! The work site was left very clean. The employees were courteous. The owner also responds to voice mail and e-mail in a timely fashion.”

“We have been using Solid rock roofing for the last five years. Finding a leak in a roof is not always an easy thing to do. Tracy made multiple trips to fix the leak in our garage and there was never an additional charge. We have had shingles replaced after a windstorm. We also had a problem with an ice dam and Tracy installed a liner which took care of that problem. They are an honest and reputable company .”

“We hired Solid Rock to locate and repair two very stubborn roof leaks. I cannot say enough positive about their company. Tracy and his crew are very professional. They arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation and gave us a quote. One leak in particular, was in a very difficult location. Tracy said they would start with the least invasive solution and if it did not work, they would keep at it until it was repaired. They did just that. I called the office as soon as I saw water and they returned right away (and for no additional charge) and made the necessary more involved repairs. They completed the projects in a timely manner and for a cost under what they quoted. You will not be disappointed with this company!”
